Ordering on this website means these terms apply to the sale. Please read them.

About the business

The seller is Calaro Trading, a proprietorship registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, selling online only.

Our range is cabinet pulls, bar handles and knobs in brushed gold, matte black, nickel and brass. Everything is bought in for resale; we do not manufacture and we do not own the marks on the goods.

Orders and acceptance

We treat an order as an offer to purchase, accepted at the point of despatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline in those three cases — no stock, obvious error, unserviceable address — refunding everything paid.

Pricing and tax

Prices include tax and are in INR. Orders below ₹1,499 carry a ₹69 delivery charge.

Obvious price errors give us the right to decline, and you a right to a full and prompt refund.

Images and specifications

The specifications shown are the supplier’s. Colour on a screen is approximate and measurements have a small tolerance.

For a critical measurement, email concierge@calarotrading.shop and we will verify it on the actual stock.

Site usage

  • Interfering with the site or its security is not permitted
  • Site content, including images and copy, may not be republished
  • Placing orders in bad faith is a breach of these terms
  • Provide correct contact and address details when ordering

Original copy and photography on this site are ours. Any manufacturer trade mark shown belongs to that manufacturer; we use such names only to identify goods.

What we are responsible for

We answer for the order itself, up to its value, and not for knock-on losses arising from a late or faulty delivery.

The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020 apply in full; nothing here displaces them.

Jurisdiction

Governed by Indian law, with the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.

We would much rather resolve a problem directly. Write to concierge@calarotrading.shop first — it is usually quicker than anything formal.

Amendments

We may revise this page. The version in force for your order is the one published on the day you ordered, and we do not apply changes backwards.
