Calaro Trading is a small online hardware counter in Mumbai selling cabinet pulls, knobs and their fixings. Every listing leads with centre-to-centre spacing and screw length, because a replacement handle either lands on the holes already drilled or it does not.

Ninety-six millimetres, not five inches
A kitchen refresh went wrong on the first door. The handles had been ordered as five-inch pulls, which is the overall length; the holes in the doors were ninety-six millimetres apart, which is the measurement that matters. Ten handles, none of which fitted, and ten pairs of holes that would have needed filling and redrilling.
That is the whole problem with buying cabinet hardware from a photograph, so the spacing is the first line of every listing here — in millimetres and inches, alongside the screw length and the door thickness it suits. The finish comes second, because a beautiful pull that does not fit is scrap.

What we will not claim
We will not describe plated zinc as solid brass, we will not promise a finish match across batches, and we will not photograph a pull at a scale that flatters it. Hardware is judged with a tape measure within an hour of delivery, which makes it a poor category for optimism.
