Shipping Policy

This page explains how Calaro Trading gets your order of cabinet handles and knobs to you: the charge, the time it takes, and where responsibility sits at each step.

What despatch costs

Free delivery applies from ₹1,499 upwards. Anything under that carries a flat ₹69 added at the checkout screen.

One charge covers packing and carriage. No surcharge is applied later for weight, distance or fuel.

How long it takes

From confirmed order to handover is 2 working days. Add 3–5 days for metro delivery, or 5–8 days for addresses further out.

Consignments move with Delhivery or XpressBees. The choice between them is made on serviceability for your PIN code, not by us picking a favourite.

Counted in working days, Sundays and gazetted holidays excluded. Expect longer around major festivals or when a region is shut.

Cash on Delivery

Most addresses can take Cash on Delivery. Where the courier will not carry cash, checkout offers UPI only.

Please be ready with the correct amount. Should you want to cancel, do it before despatch — refusing delivery is the expensive way to do the same thing.

Your address

Include the PIN code and a landmark, and check the phone number before you place the order. Unreachable numbers are the commonest cause of a returned parcel.

Three attempts is the usual limit. A parcel that returns undelivered is held for you while we sort out a resend or a refund.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Examine the box before accepting it. Refusing a clearly damaged parcel is the cleanest way to resolve the problem.

Where you have already accepted it, film the unboxing in one continuous take and write to concierge@calarotrading.shop within 48 hours with the order number and photographs. Breakage, shortage and wrong-item claims are settled on that evidence.

A replacement cabinet pull is despatched at our cost, or the order is refunded in full — including the delivery charge you paid. You do not bear the return freight on our error.

Our delivery area

Our service covers India. Orders to addresses outside the country cannot be accepted.
