Payment Policy

Calaro Trading takes payment two ways: UPI before despatch, or cash to the courier when the parcel arrives. This page explains both and what happens to your money if an order is cancelled or returned.

Paying in advance by UPI

Selecting UPI produces a QR code for your order. Paying it from any UPI application confirms the order straight away.

Use the amount and the code the checkout gives you. If money has left your account but the order has not moved, send the UPI reference to concierge@calarotrading.shop — we reconcile these the same working day.

Cash on Delivery orders

If Cash on Delivery appears at checkout, your address is serviceable for it. The rider collects exactly the invoice amount, with no extra levy.

Keep the exact amount to hand, and ask the rider for the receipt. If COD does not appear for your address, the courier does not run a cash service there.

Prices and currency

All amounts are in rupees and already carry any tax that applies. Delivery is the only thing added, and only below the free threshold.

An invoice accompanies every order by email. Write to us before despatch if the billing name has to differ from the delivery name.

How a refund reaches you

We refund to the source. UPI payments reverse to the same handle; for COD we need your account number and IFSC in writing before transferring.

Refunds leave us within 7 days of approval. The time it then takes to show in your account depends on your bank.

We do not issue store credit in place of a refund unless you ask for it, and we never hold money against a future order.

Security

Your payment approval happens within your own bank or UPI application. Nothing about that authorisation is stored here.

You will not be asked by us for a one-time password or your UPI PIN under any circumstances. Such calls are attempts at fraud.

We act on written refund instructions only. A phone call asking us to send money elsewhere will not be actioned.
